Automotive painting is a major consumer of paint. Due to the limitation of cost and technology, most of the automotive coatings in China use electrophoretic primer organic solvent paint. Taking the production of a small car as an example, the consumption of cathode electrophoretic primer (10kg), organic solvent paint (middle coating, topcoat, mask varnish, etc.) and commercial vehicles such as trucks and passenger cars are more than 10kg. In the process of automobile painting, except a small amount of paint film (less than 40% of the total paint weight) attached to the body surface, the other organic components are volatilized in the air to form organic waste gas. With the annual production of 8 million vehicles, the vehicle is used for 15 kg paint, the composition of the solidified paint total According to the 40% calculation, the emission of organic components is 72000 tons per year, and the emission of organic waste gas from automobile coating has become a prominent environmental problem.
涂装车间的废气主要是涂料中含有的有机溶剂和涂膜在喷涂及烘干时的分解物,统称为挥发性有机化合物(VOC),其成份主要有苯、甲苯和二甲苯。
喷涂行业产生的有机废气特点:
1、风量巨大,从一般的喷漆室到汽车整车涂装线,其风量从几万至百万。
2、浓度偏低,喷涂行业产生的有机废气浓度一般在50~300mg/m³之间。
3、组分复杂,喷涂行业有机废气主要来源于溶剂和稀释剂,其中含有苯类、酯类、醇类等。
4、含有漆雾等固体颗粒物
5、相对湿度较大,因喷涂废气一般采用湿式除漆渣方式,其排放的有机废气相对湿度较高。

Characteristics of organic waste gas produced in spraying industry

n The organic waste gas of spraying industry mainly comes from solvent and diluent, which contains benzene, ester, alcohol and so on.)
n Solid particles such as lacquer fog
n The relative humidity is relatively large, and the relative humidity of the organic exhaust gas discharged is generally higher than that of the wet type lacquer slag.
由于喷涂工艺方法不同、生产规模方法不同、产品结构方法不同、生产工况方法不同。因此需要因地制宜,目前普遍采用的处理方式为吸附催化燃烧法。吸附催化燃烧技术是传统的有机废气治理技术,也是目前最广泛的VOCs治理技术,适用于处置温、中低浓度含挥发性有机物的废气,主要包括一些有机溶剂如苯类、酮类、醚类、烷烃类,适用于各类石化废气。吸附催化燃烧适用于浓度在100~ 1500mg/m3,风量在5000~100000m3/h,其运营成本低,去除率高90%以上。由于汽车废气风量巨大,对催化剂的需求量大,加上其废气为普通的苯系物及醇酯类,易于处理,因此汽车废气对催化剂的性价比相当关注,并且对抗高湿能力有特别的要求。

Because of the huge air volume of automobile exhaust gas, the demand for the catalyst is large, and the exhaust gas is a common benzene series and alcohol ester, easy to be treated. Therefore, automobile exhaust gas is very concerned about the cost performance of the catalyst, and it has special requirements against the high humidity ability.
