    生产漆包线过程产生高温废气,同时排放的气体中会带有油膏、烟尘等。这些废气主要有两大类,一类是未完全燃烧的有机溶剂,如苯类物质;甲酸;酚类物质。还有一类是漆基经过高温烘烤和燃烧后裂解的小分子物质。废气稳定性高,刺激性异味重, 烟气排放时温度高达180度。

漆包线废气的特点:

1)释放大量有机物和产生高温废气

2)废气具有气味强烈,含有固相成分大易结膏,长期积累有易燃易爆特点
